Parent Education Forum

The Education Forum is a collaboration between the NYC Administration for Children’s Services  and the NYC Public Schools and is facilitated by the eleven Community Partnerships. The Forums are held on Zoom every month at 11:00 AM to Noon (live) and 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Recorded). They aim to help all NYC parents, caregivers, and providers of students in the City’s public schools best navigate systems and processes and to access resources. The collaboration between ACS, NYC Public Schools and the Community Partnerships makes it possible for families to: engage directly with content experts to answer questions or address concerns (in real-time); receive insight and tools to fully engage in the public school system; heighten the overall educational experience; and ensure the academic success of their children.

 

Sessions are equipped with  Spanish, French and Haitian Creole language interpretation/translation. Other language translation if requested in advance can be made available.
